As a counselor, I specialize mainly in the treatment of OCD, but also work with clients on personal struggles with Anxiety, and Depression. I bring a unique blend of personal experience and professional expertise to my practice. Drawing from my background as a Marine and former Firefighter/Paramedic, as well as my own struggles with OCD, I integrate principles of discipline, resilience, and crisis management into my therapeutic approach. Utilizing evidence-based modalities such as ERP, CBT, and ACT, I am dedicated to providing compassionate and effective care tailored to each client's needs.
