In all of our lives we experience a full range of emotions, from deep sorrow to wondrous joy. Often it is easy to overlook the joys and lose sight of the beauty and harmony around us. When life throws us a "curve ball", we can become overwhelmed and feel as if life is only a struggle. Our thoughts become negative and we then find ourselves out of balance, perhaps anxious or depressed. We do not truly enjoy our relationships, existing without meaning or connection.
