I’m a somatic therapist trained in EMDR (a trauma modality), EFT (couples therapy), Perinatal Mental Health, and am a certified sex educator. I help individuals and couples navigate the complexities of non-monogamy, life transitions, grief, fertility challenges, anxiety management, increasing self awareness, developing coping/regulation skills, trauma recovery, and beyond. I see therapy as a relationship that can facilitate growth and healing (in the myriad ways you might define those words) - not in isolation, but in support of connecting more fully outside of therapy, with yourself and your communities.
