Chris is a masters level Clinical Health Psychologist. He utilizes an eclectic therapeutic approach, tailoring treatment to each client’s specific needs and goals. Chris is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and various other psychotherapeutic modalities. He specializes in anxiety and depressive disorders and has experience working with adults suffering from chronic illness, mood disorders, interpersonal/relationship issues, and severe mental illness. Chris provides in-person therapy services at Michigan Modern Psychology's Brownstown location.
