Currently accepting new clients! I specialize in working with people that struggle with eating disorders, addiction, depression and anxiety. I have extensive experience working with both teens and adults that have struggled with eating disorders and addictions. I also have a passion for helping people that struggle with work burnout. I use a process-oriented approach and believe in creating safe and trusting environment. I incorporate a multitude of modalities and evidenced based practices to fit each specific clients' needs.
