Hello, it's nice to meet you! I'm Chrissie Beharry-Sperling, an LMHC in FL. The first thing I want you to know about me is that I'm a helper and my work as a therapist provides meaning to my life. I have been providing therapy services since 2011 and licensed since 2016. I specialize in working with individuals who are dealing with life transitions such as young adults and immigrants; helping individuals deal with life stressors; teaching coping skills for a healthier life; women's issues including balancing career and family life, pregnancy, parenting, mom guilt and men's issues including navigating relationships, life changes.
