I believe the biggest predictor of client success is in an individual’s ability to feel comfortable and safe as they process life’s stressors and to trust the therapist they work with. I take pride in creating a safe, welcoming environment to help people feel like they matter, and enjoy working with people who are seeking a positive change in their lives. I have worked collaboratively with teens and adults of diverse populations who are struggling with navigating life, coping with unexpected life changes, and helping those living with mood and anxiety disorders experience relief.
