Do you often feel overwhelmed just trying to get through the day? Do you feel alone even when you're around other people? We as humans are wired for connection and relationships, but can become stuck in uncomfortable protective responses that leave us feeling irritable or shut down, and unable to have the meaningful connections with others that we crave. Most of my clients are neurodivergent or wonder if they might be. I am passionate about supporting those who have had to mask their inner experience as they interact in the world, and help them connect to themselves and others with a greater sense of confidence and choice.
