I know this not only as a therapist, but as a human navigating these same complexities. I offer trauma-informed therapy in a supportive space where you can slow down, process what you’re carrying, and explore what’s happening in your nervous system—without judgment or pressure. This is a place where you don’t have to hold it all alone. I work with adults from all backgrounds/identities, and am deeply committed to offering an affirming, inclusive space for the LGBTQIA+ community.
