At Sacred Stories Counseling in Chicago, we specialize in supporting Black, Brown, people of color, and queer individuals navigating anxiety, perfectionism, identity development, and relationship challenges. Whether you’re exploring who you are, feeling stuck in cycles of self-doubt, or struggling with inner critics, we’re here to help. Through a trauma-informed, IFS, and compassionate approach, we create a safe and affirming space for healing. Our work is grounded in parts work, openness, and deep curiosity. We offer in person sessions in the loop for those who want a break from screens, and long for face to face connection!
