Welcome, my practice is tailored for the active adult, the one that needs help, but has no time for it. I practice on weekends, nights, and early mornings if needed to fit your busy schedule. I am open to the variety of life and the challenges that life presents. In addition, I also believe that we can overcome trauma, past struggles, and relational disconnections. We can find a way to cope and thrive, but sometimes this means looking at reality and choosing success, which takes work and internal reflection. I approach therapy from a Humanistic and Solution Focused perspective, believing the client is the expert on their life.
