Relationships are so important to our mental and emotional well-being, working with a therapist to improve relational health will impact your life personally and as a family. When I work with clients whether it is individually or as a couple, we work to understand and heal dynamics that most clients are not aware are contributing to the health in their relationships. Sometimes that means working with clients as a couple, individually, or both. Clients who work with me see an improvement in personal mental health and relationships.
