Many come to therapy during significant life transitions, threshold moments that may be filled with grief, fear, or anxiety. These transitions often require new perspectives or questions of identity that can leave you feeling lost or uncertain. My intention is to meet you at this doorway and offer support and guidance as you travel from one phase of life to another. I support those navigating endings and beginnings, pregnancy/postpartum, menopause, chronic illness/cancer, and trauma. I also work closely with creatives and artists who experience both deep sensitivity and the unique challenges of living a creative life.
