I offer a supportive and collaborative space in which to explore and navigate life’s challenges and goals. I tailor my approach to best address each individual’s unique needs and abilities. Drawing primarily on strengths-based, trauma-focused, psychodynamic, mindfulness-based and somatic approaches, I help process and address issues related to anxiety, self-esteem, identity, trauma, depression, relationships, and career and life transitions. Prior to becoming a psychotherapist, I worked in the fashion industry, affording me a special appreciation for the challenges that come with working in a creative field.
