My ideal client feels stuck in patterns that no longer serve them and is ready to explore the deeper emotional roots of their struggles. They may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward but are open to reflection and growth. Their goals include building healthier coping skills, improving self-worth, and finding emotional balance. They want to feel in control of their life and believe healing is possible, even if they are not sure how. I offer a supportive and challenging space to help them gain clarity, strengthen their voice, and create lasting change. Clients can expect a collaborative, honest, and supportive space where they feel seen and heard. My intake process includes a thorough assessment to create a clear, individualized treatment plan. I use evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, CBT, DBT, insight-oriented, and mindfulness-based therapies.
