I specialize in working with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, poor self-esteem and interpersonal challenges. I want clients to be themselves in session and I am big on storytelling - your narrative matters! I use a combination of trauma-based intersectional feminist therapy, gestalt therapy and trauma-informed CBT. I work with clients from all backgrounds; especially Black Indigenous People of Color (BIPOC) communities who have felt silenced or invalidated in their personal and professional lives. I believe in creating a safe, nurturing environment though I also welcome courageous conversations in session.
