I have over 18 years of counseling experience and am an LGBTQIA+ certified therapist. My areas of specialty include anxiety, trauma processing, life transitions, social skills, and relationship issues. I enjoy empowering my clients to improve their well-being, coping strategies, self-efficacy, and relationships. I create a safe, supportive, empathetic space for each of my clients and enjoy working with individuals of diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds. I bring a client-centered, strength-based, mindfulness approach to my counseling services. My specialties are EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).
