Teenagers, young adults, and adults face many challenges in today's world. With so many pressures placed upon them, they often find it difficult to manage emotions related to anxiety, depression, and stress, and with my help, we can work towards managing those emotions. My work is focused on helping client ages 13 and above to navigate life's ups and downs and provide a safe space to process and work towards improving their situations.
