Greetings! Everyone faces adversity in life. The good news is that I can support as you navigate through grief, life transitions, and trauma. I would like to work with you as you learn how to display the overcomer that has been buried under the many stressors of life. In Louisiana, we have survived hurricanes and recovery/rebuilding, the effects of the pandemic, and so much more. These experiences teach you how strong and resilient you are yet it can be hard to maintain healthy thoughts, habits and emotions. Daily responsibilities can overwhelm you when there is so much to juggle.
