I am a mental health professional with over 5 years of experience, I graduated from Highlands University in Las Vegas, NM, in 2019. I specialize in anxiety, childhood trauma, ADHD, PTSD, and trauma-related disorders, I employ a compassionate, evidence-based approach to help clients regain control of their lives. I believe in empowering individuals by equipping them with a comprehensive "toolbox" of skills and strategies. Through mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and behavioral activation. I help guide clients toward discovering their inner strength and transforming their behaviors to create better lifestyles. I mostly work with and have experience in cognitive behavioral therapy, with a focus on changing behaviors/choices/actions, to promote better thoughts and moods.
