I provide a holistic, whole-person approach to therapy with the aim of creating lasting change. I see mental health obstacles as opportunities for personal growth and aim to create calm, confidence, and happiness from within. I see people as naturally healthy at their core and I believe that removing old ways of being can create space for new and happier versions of ourselves. I have 10+ years of experience working with adults of all ages for various concerns, such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, women's and men's issues, and trauma and PTSD, amongst others, while tending to diversity and inclusivity.
