I have designed my practice to address the cognitive and emotional factors that guide our decision making and our feeling states. The majority of patients that come to me do so because they are not where they want to be and want help in understanding themselves better. Through psychodynamic and analytical therapy patients become more aware and in tune with how they think and how they feel, and that is the first part of making the external changes that will satisfy our needs. I look forward to getting to know my clients intimately and to create the best atmosphere for them.
