I will work with you in a way so that you feel as if you can overcome past trauma, addiction that has claimed your life, and help you regain confidence. We will set realistic goals and make a plan that will help you reach those goals. My goal for you is for you to take back what trauma has taken from you. It is to help you overcome fear with confidence. It is to help you recover, to rewrite your story. A session with me will be comforting, empowering, and motivational. It will be a place where you can express yourself. I will hear your voice and provide genuine care. I will work with you to provide realistic goals, encourage healthy thought processes, and challenge unhelpful behaviors and thinking.
