The therapeutic alliance and relationship with my clients are very important components of the treatment process. As a licensed clinician, I'm passionate about helping people work through life's struggles and obstacles. Those challenges can be things such as depression, relationship issues, anxiety, parenting questions, and trauma. My counseling style entails utilizing validation, empathy, good listening skills, and a strength-based/positive approach. Moreover, in the first few sessions, I take an interest and spend time building rapport with my clients.
