Therapy can be a daunting process at first, but I applaud all those who are looking here and willing to take that step! It is my mission to help people from all backgrounds to feel empowered and have the tools to take control of their lives and emotional well-being. I believe that in order to achieve full person health, mental health cannot be ignored. I strive to establish and maintain a therapeutic relationship with all my clients and provide a safe space for you to voice your concerns and help you feel confident in achieving your goals. I am empathic, honest, and driven to support you in your journey. I am primarily behaviorally focused and have had significant training and work in helping parents with children that may have behavioral or school based issues. I have also worked at a community clinic and inpatient psychiatric facility and can help with a variety of issues from anxiety/depression and relationship issues to severe mental illness.
