My ideal client is likely a teen or adult struggling with emotional or behavioral challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or oppositional defiant behavior (ODD). They need a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore their emotions and challenges. They’re looking for someone who understands developmental needs (especially in teens) and family dynamics, and can offer practical tools for coping, communication, and emotional regulation. They want to feel more in control of their emotions and relationships and feel more understood and accepted. They want to feel heard, supported, and empowered.
