I have been working as a counselor for about 7 years serving individuals with substance use disorders, eating disorders, anxiety/depression, and difficulties with emotional regulation. I take a health at every size (HAES) approach with my eating disorder clients. I have worked with Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, and Otherwise Specified Feeding or Eating Disorder.
