As a Clinical Social Worker, with over 12 years of experience in community mental health services, I’ve developed a keen eye for seeing people within their unique context. In whatever role you play, whether in your family, school/work, community, or society-at-large, who you are is not without outside influence. Sometimes these external influences create internal disruptions – this is where I can help. Drawing on cognitive-behavioral interventions, family systems theory, and solutions-focused frameworks, I take an evidenced-based approach to helping adolescents and young adults dismantle self-doubt and awaken self-acceptance.
