Welcome to my page! I am excited to connect with you. My goal as a therapist is to create a compassionate, solution focused space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings. My approach is supportive and client centered, integrating therapies and practices which include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, expressive arts, mindfulness, and psycho education. In our first few sessions we will get to know each other and discuss your goals for therapy. I am also passionate about chronic illness, reproductive and birth trauma, as well as overall health and wellness. Additionally, my experience as a school counselor prepared me to assist our young ones with a variety of needs and difficulties.
