I work with adult clients to help them identify what is fulfilling and meaningful to them and explore the obstacles that they are experiencing – internal and external - to those goals. I work extensively with members of the LGBTQ+ community - particularly transgender and non-binary individuals, Autistic and other neurodivergent individuals, as well as activists, artists/creatives, teachers, lawyers, college students and others to address a range of issues including depression and anxiety, issues around gender identity and sexuality, issues connected with neurodivergence, and others. My Feminist Therapy approach is rooted in understanding, respect, and empowerment. I offer a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly. I use an eclectic mix of Existential, Narrative, and Acceptance & Commitment therapies, together with elements of other therapy approaches.
