I am a Licensed Professional Counselor offering private practice services in Ridgefield and Westport, CT. I work with children, teens, and adults to cultivate emotional wellness, strengthen coping skills, and increase satisfaction in daily life. In addition to my clinical training, I am a certified yoga instructor, and when appropriate, I integrate mind-body approaches to enhance self-awareness, autonomy and self-trust, and the ability to stay grounded during emotional challenges. My therapeutic framework is rooted in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, and trauma-informed yoga principles.
