Hello! I strive to come to each session in a fully authentic way and provide a space for healing, transformation and hope. I have 20 plus years of experience in a variety of settings. Acceptance, connection, empathy, support and humor is what I aim to bring to therapy and to encourage exploration, growth and healing. Some of the steps that I support in therapy are increasing hope, releasing old beliefs that no longer work for us, trusting ourselves, healing and transforming our lives more and more into the people we want to be.
