I have found exploring all parts of you - your identity, culture, environment, attachment-styles, history, perspective, and more - empowers you to build a life that helps you navigate bad days in a way that feels "better" to you. I am a trauma-informed counselor that has walked through a wide variety of concerns, diagnoses, lifestyles, and experiences with my clients. I have found a love for working with teenagers, college students, relationships of all sorts, survivors of person-to-person harm, and transitions at any age. I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Interpersonal Processing, and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP II).
