English | español My focus is on children, teens and young adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger or behavioral issues. Many of my clients struggle with isolation, low self-esteem or difficulty in school and social situations. My work provides them with a safe space to express themselves, developing coping strategies and support in navigating their emotions so that they’re able to build resilience, improve self-confidence, stress management and improve relationships with family and peers. I use many tools and games to make therapy fun, either in person or virtually, while helping my clients share their experiences. As a licensed therapist specializing in children, teens and young adults, I offer a compassionate and tailored approach to support clients and families facing various mental health challenges. I am adept at building relationships with my clients and I use therapeutic techniques, such as play therapy, CBT and family systems therapy, to teach coping skills.
