Throughout our lives, we all face moments when we need support—whether it's navigating a major life change, managing ongoing anxiety or depression, or healing from painful experiences. Some challenges we manage on our own, while others invite us to go deeper with guidance and care. I work with individuals who are ready to explore those deeper layers and begin moving toward real, lasting change. As a counseling intern at Turner Counseling and Wellness, I bring both clinical training and lived experience to the therapy space. This is a second career for me, built on years of personal growth, transformation, and a deep desire to help.
