Life can be unpredictable. Whether you’re a planner or live spontaneously, significant life events happen, and they often occur without warning and in situations that are beyond our control. We are all brought into this world by no choice of our own, and the environment we are raised in paves the way for how we cope with stress and adapt to changes and transitions in life; many which we may be unprepared for. We may be able to make some adjustments to change our path, but other times it’s not that easy and we might need a little extra support and guidance. And that’s ok!
