As a psychotherapist, I honor the opportunity to create a safe, trusting and non-judgmental environment that motivates clients to fully engage in the therapeutic process. I assist clients with gaining an understanding of why they tend to think, feel and behave in ways that can be confusing or self-destructive. I believe gaining insight into a symptom's origin rather than the symptom itself creates space for a deeper understanding of oneself, and creates meaningful change driven by a desire for personal growth, joy and balance in their lives.
