Christin Colon is a Limited Licensed Master Social Worker in Michigan who has been practicing since 2021. She was EMDR trained by the Morsey Institute. Christin works on neutralizing trauma with EMDR. She can help people learn new ways of coping and thinking to help reduce levels of depression and anxiety with CBT, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, etc. Sometimes people just need help making and achieving personal goals and Christin can help with that too.
