I strive to provide a safe, welcoming and nonjudgemental space for you to work through past or present experiences and emotions causing you discomfort. Together we will explore your strengths, practice skills to help alleviate distress, and identify any unhelpful patterns that may be keeping you from living your most fulfilling life. My therapeutic approach is best described as compassionate, holistic, down to earth, and supportive.
