I’ve spent many years walking alongside people dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. My work is collaborative and strength-based, focused on helping you move forward in a way that feels manageable and true to you. Change may take work but it doesn't have to be rushed and I’m here to support you through it. I bring over 15 years of experience in behavioral health, working with adolescents, adults, and couples. My approach is practical, relational, and grounded in real-world clinical experience.
