Deciding it’s time for therapy can be overwhelming, but I’m here to walk you through the process and answer any questions that you have. I want you to leave our sessions feeling better than when we started the session and I welcome feedback at any point throughout the session. I use CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), where you will learn how thoughts and emotions are affecting your behaviors and choices. I also use a combination of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and IFS (Internal Family Systems).
