We all have times in which we seek an outside person to help give us perspective and provide support as we find our way. I am an experienced Professional Counselor with many years of experience working with both children and adults. I earned my Masters Degree in Professional Counseling from Central Michigan University in 2004 and have over 10 years post masters experience. I have experience working with children and adults in the areas of depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment to life challenges, self-esteem and relationship concerns.
