My approach combines EMDR, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, solution focused, and client centered counseling. I am a certified Yoga teacher and a certified first responder counselor. My guiding principal is to meet clients where they are at and help them grow and develop the skill set they need to reach their full potential.
