Hello, I am a virtual LCSW lic. in AZ & NY. I am here to assist you in gaining an understanding of how our underlying belief systems influence our decisions & how different parts of us interact in our relationships & why. We will work collaboratively to process trauma from relationships in childhood or adulthood in order to move forward. You will learn somatic exercises & cognitions to help with PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar, OCD and how to recognize & decrease neurodivergent symptoms such with Autism Spectrum Disorders and ADHD. I love doing this work and look forward to creating a safe space to help empower you. We can work through Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems and Brainspotting in order to understand & work through your obstacles. Experiences can shape our perceptions of ourselves & others, impacting our ability to form healthy relationships.
