My love for helping people navigate life’s unavoidable pain and stressors is the reason why I chose to become a therapist. We may find ourselves in communities and situations where we are afraid to talk about our emotions and mental health issues. This can make us feel stuck, hopeless, and afraid. I believe in working with clients to make the pain bearable, remove those fears, and navigate their lives the way they have always dreamed of. I worked with teens and adults with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. I also have experience working with young adults and adults with Depression and Anxiety disorders.
