Growing up isn't easy. Today's adolescents experience more stress, expectations, and worries than ever. My passion is helping people who are feeling stuck or overwhelmed, which can lead to depressive/anxious symptoms, and poor coping skills. I bring compassion, honesty, and humor into our sessions, creating a safe, trusting space. I believe in the resiliency everyone has to work through challenges. I include parents and the child in our work, a crucial piece for consistency in communication, and navigating the increasing stressors kids face. On a personal note, I'm also a mom, and can empathize with daily demands of family life.
