Clients facing challenges associated with PTSD, ADHD, Mood Disorders, Personality Disorders, Attachment Issues, Body Image Issues, Depression, and Anxiety. I also work with toddlers/kids ages 3 and up engaging in play therapy, mindfulness, and provide parenting tools. Clients exhibiting motivation for change in order to obtain a sense of self, healthy coping skills, decreased symptoms, and high daily functioning. I specialize in providing services to children, adolescents, adults, and couples. I also have multiple years of experience working with kids. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused based therapy to work side by side with my clients enhance their mental state and day to day living.
