Hi, I’m Christina (Christy) Bame, Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Yoga Teacher in CO and IN. As a biracial, gender fluid, second generation immigrant and neurodivergent therapist, I bring both personal and professional understanding to my work. I offer a trauma-informed, holistic approach that integrates the mind, body, and spirit in the healing process. I specialize in serious mental illness such as Bipolar and Schizophrenia as well as trauma, depression and PTSD. My practice combines evidence-based methods like Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), CBT, Somatic therapy and Parts Work with mindfulness, art, and movement.
