Hi! My name is Christina Broekemeier. I am a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner. Much of my practice has focused on helping people move through trauma, depression and anxiety. I work with a variety of modalities, specifically using Cognitive Processing and EMDR to facilitate clients' as they work through negative thinking patterns. Much of my past work has been helping clients process past hurts and trauma. I am trained in EMDR (eye movement reprocessing therapy techniques) and am currently working on my Cognitive Processing Therapy Certification, to help folks process through past trauma and pain.
