Perhaps you’re struggling with self-worth, repeating painful patterns, or navigating a major life transition, identity exploration, or spiritual/religious healing. My clients often share a longing to feel grounded, whole, and at peace within themselves—to understand why they feel stuck and begin moving toward clarity and freedom. I help clients make sense of their stories and reconnect with parts of themselves that may feel silenced or forgotten. Using curiosity, compassion, and collaboration, we explore how past experiences shape present patterns. I blend several modalities to meet each client where they are at as well as foster insight, growth, and self-acceptance.
